About the Team

Talent Operations is the critical heartbeat of our Talent department, often referred to as the engine that drives our entire operation. We have a massive impact on the processes, tools, and systems that empower our TA and Talent Development teams to excel. In the upcoming years, Talent Ops is laser-focused on automating a significant portion of administrative tasks, freeing our teams to build meaningful candidate relationships and create a strategic focus for the function. On the data and documentation front, we are gearing up to embrace the wave of agentic AI, positioning ourselves at the forefront of industry and company innovation.

About the Role

We are looking forward to welcome a new Talent Operations Project Manager to our team with an appetite for making sense out of unstructured data, make hypotheses measurable and improving the overall performance of the talent function through talent processes, automation and meaningful use of AI. Additionally, you are curious to understand specific user persona needs and adopt a product mindset to our challenges. This role involves optimizing talent processes, analyzing talent metrics, and implementing change through tooling. The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical thinker and problem solver who excels in discovery, generating data-driven insights, and ensuring a positive end-user experience, whether this is a recruiter, interviewer, or Mironeer. 

What you’ll do

  • Executing on process improvement initiatives relating to Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams
  • Owning a part of the Talent Ops Tech stack
  • Leading the creation of enablement training & materials to increase feature/tool adoption
  • Provide research and data analysis to a wide range of topics touching Talent Ops and informing decision-making
  • Assist on initiatives to improve data integrity within our tooling and create quality governance mechanisms
  • Coordinate contractors on their efforts supporting our employer brand and recruitment marketing

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years experience within Recruitment Operations or Talent Operations
  • Experience building for an end-user e.g. Recruiters, Hiring Managers
  • Proficiency in using and managing ATS e.g. Greenhouse (Site Admin) and other recruitment tools
  • Familiarity with common integrations e.g. Webhooks, APIs
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and collaborating cross-functionally on medium scale projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and changing environments
